                        The Chief District Medical Officer, Bargarh invites applications from suitable candidates and to attend Walk-in Interview for engagement of different Para Medical Staff on contractual basis as mentioned below.

Eligibility

 Age    : -  The candidates must not be below the age of 18 years or above 32 years. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC & ST candidates. In case of SEBC candidates the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 3 years and in case of physically handicapped candidates by 10 years.  v  Age limit for M.T.S:-The candidate should be of less than 45 years as on the last date of application.v  For MTS :-The candidates may sent their bio-data along with attested photocopies of all testimonials in support of their qualification and experience and two pass port size photographs. 

CRITERIA   :-      

i) The Odisha Reservation and Vacancies Act & Rules there in should be followed in the matter of engagement.

ii) On the basis of application made, applicant should be arranged in order of merit, according to their marks secured   and percentage obtained in the respective qualifying Examination.  iii) Since these are all district cadre post Candidate of Bargarh district will be considered for engagement only. In case of non-availability, candidates of others district can be taken for Sl No 1,2, & 3 .

iv) For MPHW(M) :-

  a)    In no case there shall be any change of grade from MPHW(M) to Pharmacist in view of their Diploma in Pharmacy since these are two separate grades.

  b)    The appointing authority shall not entertain any application from any candidate in response  to any advertisement for the post unless the candidates has a valid registration from any employment exchange of the district which is to be verified by the appointing authority from the respective employment exchange before appointment .

  v) All such engagement shall be contractual which should be clearly mentioned in the engagement order.

 vi)  The appointment is purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

  vii) The undersigned reserves the rights to cancel or reject any or  of all the application/advertisement without assigning       any reason thereof.

 Viii) For Sl No 1, 2, 3 category candidates fulfilling the above criteria are requested to attend the WALK-IN INTERVIEW on 14.01.2011 at the Office of CDMO, Bargarh at 11.00 AM along with bio data in specific format & photo copies of all attested testimonial. 

            For Sl No 4, 5 & 6 categories, the candidates are requested to send the filled   applications form to the office of the Chief Dist. Medical Officer, Bargarh   which should reach within 10.01.2011 by Regd. Post/ Speed post only. The candidates should write “Application for the post of (which may apply) at the top of the envelope. The application received after due date and incomplete or by ordinary post/ by courier / by person will be rejected.

N.B:-All the candidates should attach their self attested photo copy of educational qualification as well as Diploma Certificate & other required documents in support of application format.
