Orissa Cement Ltd Rajgangpur (Sundargarh)

There are two cement factories in the state located at Rajgangpur in Sundergarh district and 2^nd in the Baragarh in district. The factory at Rajgangpur, named as the Orissa Cement Ltd., was established in pursuance of an agreement in December 1948, between the state of Orissa and M/s Dalmia Jain Agencies Ltd.

Bargarh Cement Ltd  , Bardol (Bargarh)

The other cement factory which was formerly named ‘The Hira cement Works’ was set up at Bardol near Bargarh by the Industrial Development Corporation of Orissa is now named as Bargarh Cement Ltd (BCL) which is a subsidiary of ACC.
